Board of Directors 

The Board has the responsibility for administering the Common Areas, Common Improvements, and Common Facilities, establishing the means and methods of collecting the assessments, arranging for the management of the Association, and performing all of the other acts that may be required to be performed by the Association.
Elections for positions on the Board are held in March of each year, for a one year term.
 
     
 
 
Architectural Control Committee
 
Each building, fence,wall, improvement or other structure must be reviewed and approved before erection, placed, altered, or maintained by the Architectural Control Committee, A. C. C. 
A. C. C. members are appointed by the Board for a one year term.

Each person who owns the record title to any Lot is a Member of the Association. Each Member has the right to one vote per Lot and may attend any meeting of the Association.

¨   Packets containing the Covenants, Addendums to Covenants, and By-Laws are available

U       Monthly Potluck at the Community Center on the  2nd Saturday Friday of every month.

S    The community center is available for rental for your party    -   $55 with a $100 deposit

&         Community BookShare  - Books are available on loan at the Community Center
