Architectural Control Committee - ACC
Per the Covenants of the Thousand Oaks HOA, all buildings, fences, walls, improvements or other structures must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control committee (ACC) before they are built.
A written plan showing the location of the structure and details of the exterior, color, and design must be submitted to the ACC.
